Autorecycling Kempers has the necessary know-how, equipment and certificates when it comes to processing vehicles. For example, we are certified in accordance with Section 5, Paragraph 3, ELV-Treatment and waste management company in accordance with Section 56 of the KrWG.
Whether prototypes, test vehicles, accident vehicles, vehicles with water / fire damage or old vehicles: We always find a solution!
Storage of vehicles/batteries
Critical or uncritical: no problem. We have the necessary quarantine and storage areas for both vehicles and their batteries.
We also have the option of discharging batteries from vehicles.
Safety
Working on damaged or critical HV-vehicles involves the necessary risks. Therefore, such dismantling work may only be carried out by specialized and trained professionals. Kempers has a separate dismantling environment for dismantling vehicles. Preventive safety measures are observed. All vehicles are processed strictly in accordance with all European guidelines.
Second life or Recycling
Depending on customer demands, we always check whether the batteries removed from vehicles can or may be reused.
If this is not possible, the vehicles' batteries are verifiably recycled.
We work with certified recycling companies based in Germany who guarantee environmentally friendly recycling of the batteries.
If the batteries of auxiliary vehicles are suitable for a so-called second life, this is a very attractive solution and extremely sustainable.
